What are the precautions for debugging a full-automatic high-speed die-cutting machine?
Category:Company NewsTime:2024-08-08

Matters needing attention in debugging of automatic high-speed die-cutting machine are as follows:

First, the security aspect

1. Personal protection

-Debuggers must wear appropriate personal protective equipment during debugging, such as safety helmet, safety glasses and protective gloves. For example, safety glasses can effectively protect eyes from injury when checking transmission parts or performing some operations that may have objects splashing; Protective gloves can prevent hands from being cut when touching parts that may have sharp edges or performing installation and disassembly operations.

-Wear appropriate work clothes, which should be tight and not easily involved in the machine. Avoid wearing loose clothes or accessories that may be hooked by machines, such as necklaces and bracelets, to prevent accidents.

2. Equipment protection

-Before commissioning, ensure that the safety protection devices of the equipment are in good condition and have normal functions, such as safety doors, fences and emergency stop buttons. The safety door should be able to effectively prevent people from entering the dangerous area by mistake when the equipment is running, and the protective fence should be installed firmly and in a suitable position. During debugging, it is forbidden to dismantle or shield the safety protection device at will.

-When debugging the electrical system, cut off the power supply first, and hang warning signs such as "No closing, someone is working" at the power switch to prevent others from sending electricity by mistake and causing electric shock accidents. When conducting electrical wiring or maintenance, use qualified insulation tools and ensure that you keep a safe distance from the surrounding conductive objects.

3. Operating specifications

-Debugging personnel must be familiar with the operation procedures and safety precautions of the equipment and conduct debugging operations in strict accordance with the operation manual. Do not touch moving parts, such as transmission shaft and die cutting tools, at will during the operation of the equipment to avoid being pinched or cut.

-When the equipment is abnormal or faulty, stop the equipment immediately, cut off the power supply, and then carry out inspection and maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to troubleshoot the equipment in the running state, so as to avoid danger. For example, when you hear abnormal noise from the equipment or find loose parts, stop the machine first and then check.

Second, the mechanical part debugging matters needing attention

1. Transmission system

-When adjusting the tension of the drive belt, use the correct tools and methods to avoid shortening or breaking the life of the belt due to excessive tension. At the same time, to ensure the accurate installation position of the pulley, the axes of the two wheels should be kept parallel, and the deviation should not exceed the specified value (for example, 0.5), otherwise the transmission efficiency and service life of the belt will be affected.

-Check the lubrication of the transmission shaft, and add appropriate lubricating oil or grease as required before commissioning. During debugging, pay attention to the level and lubrication effect of lubricating oil. If insufficient or abnormal lubrication is found, find out the reasons in time and deal with them. For example, if it is found that the bearing temperature is too high, which may be caused by poor lubrication, the lubricating oil should be replenished in time or the lubrication system should be checked for blockage.

-For the gear transmission part, when debugging the meshing situation, attention should be paid to prevent the gear from biting fingers and other accidents. You can use special tools to check the meshing marks, and avoid touching the gear directly with your hands. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the gear box is well sealed to prevent dust and impurities from entering the gear box and affecting the normal operation of the gear.

2. Die cutting mechanism

-When installing die-cutting tools, ensure that the tightening torque of the fastening bolts of the tools meets the requirements. Too loose will lead to the loosening of the tools during operation, which will affect the die-cutting quality and even damage the equipment; Too tight may damage the tool or tool mount. Generally, a torque wrench is used to tighten the tool according to the torque value specified by the tool manufacturer.

-When adjusting the die-cutting pressure, gradually increase the pressure, try to cut after each adjustment, and observe the die-cutting effect, so as to avoid tool damage or excessive deformation of die-cutting materials caused by excessive pressure increase at one time. At the same time, we should pay attention to the uniformity of die-cutting pressure to ensure the consistency of the pressure in the whole die-cutting area, which can be detected and adjusted by placing pressure test paper on the die-cutting board.

-Check the gap between the moving parts of the die-cutting mechanism, such as the gap between the slider and the guide rail. If the gap is too large, the die-cutting accuracy may decrease; if the gap is too small, the motion resistance will increase, and even the parts will be worn or stuck. Generally, the clearance should be controlled within a reasonable range (for example, 0.05-0.1mm), and the guide rail should be cleaned and lubricated regularly to ensure the smooth operation of moving parts.

3. Feeding system

-When debugging the feed roller, pay attention to the surface cleanliness of the feed roller to prevent foreign bodies from adhering to the roller surface and affecting the feeding accuracy and material surface quality. When adjusting the pressure and gap of the feed roller, both ends should be adjusted at the same time to ensure that the pressure and gap are uniform. If the pressure of the feed roller is uneven, it may lead to material deviation or deformation.

-Check the tension and lubrication of the drive chain or belt of the feeding system. Improper tension will affect the accuracy and stability of feeding, and poor lubrication will lead to increased chain or belt wear. Regularly clean and lubricate the transmission parts to prolong their service life. At the same time, we should pay attention to the synchronous adjustment of feeding system and die cutting mechanism to ensure good synchronization at different running speeds.

Three, electrical system debugging matters needing attention

1. Control system

-When setting and debugging the parameters of the control system, carefully check the unit and range of the parameters to avoid abnormal operation of the equipment caused by incorrect setting. For example, the unit of die-cutting speed may be meter/minute or sheet/minute, which should be correctly selected and input according to actual needs. At the same time, make a good backup of the parameters to prevent the parameters from being lost or modified by mistake during debugging.

-When upgrading or updating the software of the control system, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions of the manufacturer to ensure the compatibility and stability of the software. During the upgrade process, do not interrupt the power supply or do other operations at will, so as not to cause software damage or system failure. After upgrading, all functions of the equipment should be tested comprehensively to ensure normal operation.

2. Motor debugging

-Before debugging the motor, check whether the wiring of the motor is correct, especially the phase sequence of the three-phase motor. Wrong phase sequence may lead to motor reverse rotation and affect the normal operation of equipment. It can be checked and adjusted by tools such as phase sequence detector. At the same time, check the insulation resistance of the motor to ensure that the insulation performance of the motor is good. Generally, the insulation resistance should be greater than the specified value (for example, 1MΩ).

-Pay close attention to the temperature change of the motor during its operation. If the motor temperature is too high (generally exceeding the rated temperature rise of the motor), it may be caused by overload, poor heat dissipation or motor failure. Stop the machine in time for inspection and troubleshooting. At the same time, we should pay attention to the noise and vibration of the motor. Abnormal noise and vibration may indicate that the internal parts of the motor are damaged or improperly installed.

3. Sensor debugging

-When debugging the sensor, pay attention to the installation position and direction of the sensor to ensure that it can accurately detect the target signal. For sensors sensitive to ambient light, such as photoelectric sensors, to avoid the interference of ambient light, measures such as shading can be taken to improve the detection accuracy. At the same time, the sensor should be cleaned regularly to prevent dust and oil pollution from affecting the performance of the sensor.

-When adjusting the sensitivity of the sensor, it should be set reasonably according to the actual detection object and environment. Too high sensitivity may lead to false detection, and too low sensitivity may not accurately detect the target signal. Through actual test and adjustment, the best sensitivity parameters are found. For example, when detecting materials with different colors or thicknesses, it may be necessary to adjust the sensitivity of photoelectric sensors to adapt to the changes.

Four, the whole machine debugging comprehensive matters needing attention

1. Debugging sequence

-Debugging is carried out in strict accordance with the debugging steps and sequence. Generally, the mechanical part is debugged first, then the electrical system is debugged, and finally the whole machine is debugged comprehensively. Avoid debugging the electrical system without debugging the mechanical part, so as to avoid equipment damage or inaccurate debugging results.

-In the process of debugging, if it is necessary to adjust or improve the equipment, records should be made, including information such as the adjusted position and parameter changes. This is convenient for subsequent debugging and maintenance, and also helps to analyze and solve possible problems.

2. Environmental factors

-The debugging environment should be kept clean and dry, and it is not allowed to be debugged in harsh environments such as dust and humidity. Dust and moisture may affect the performance and life of electrical equipment, such as poor contact or short circuit of electrical components. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure sufficient lighting and ventilation conditions at the commissioning site, which is convenient for commissioning personnel to operate and observe the equipment operation.

-The equipment will generate certain vibration and noise during operation. Pay attention to the flatness and stability of the ground of the debugging site to prevent the equipment from affecting the debugging accuracy and equipment performance due to uneven ground or excessive vibration. For some vibration-sensitive components and sensors, it may be necessary to take damping measures, such as installing damping pads.

Step 3 communicate with manufacturers

-In the process of debugging, if you encounter unsolvable problems or have doubts about some functions and parameters of the equipment, you should communicate with the technicians of the equipment manufacturer in time. Debug according to the technical support and guidance provided by the manufacturer to avoid equipment damage or performance degradation caused by wrong operation. At the same time, we should pay attention to the relevant technical data and notices of equipment debugging and maintenance issued by manufacturers, and keep abreast of the latest situation of equipment and improvement measures.

In a word, in the debugging process of automatic high-speed die-cutting machine, we should always put safety first, and pay attention to the details and standardized operation of each link to ensure the smooth debugging and normal operation of the equipment.
