The installation and debugging of automatic high-speed die cutting machine has the following requirements:

Installation environment requirements

Site space: The installation site should be spacious enough to ensure that there is enough space around the equipment for operation, maintenance and material handling. Generally speaking, there should be at least 1-2m space around the equipment.

Ground conditions: The ground should be flat and firm, and can bear the weight of the equipment. It is suggested that concrete should be used to pour the ground, and its bearing capacity should not be less than 1.5 times of the weight of the equipment, so as to prevent vibration and displacement of the equipment due to uneven or sinking ground during operation.

Ambient temperature and humidity: The equipment is suitable to operate in an environment with a temperature of 20℃-25℃ and a relative humidity of 40%-60%. Excessive temperature may lead to overheating of equipment parts, affecting their performance and service life; Excessive humidity may damp electrical components, causing short circuit and other faults.

Cleanliness: The installation site should be kept clean to prevent dust and sundries from entering the equipment and affecting the normal operation of the equipment. A cleaning area can be set around the equipment and cleaned regularly.

Power supply and gas source requirements

Power supply: Die-cutting machines usually need three-phase four-wire power supply, the voltage fluctuation range should be within 5% of the rated voltage, and the frequency should be 50 Hz 1 Hz. Appropriate power cord and air switch should be equipped according to the power requirements of the equipment to ensure the stable and reliable power supply of the equipment.

Air source: The equipment needs a stable compressed air source, the pressure of which should be between 0.6 MPa and 0.8 MPa, and the compressed air should be dry, clean, oil-free and water-free. Air dryers and filters can be installed to remove moisture and impurities in compressed air and prevent it from entering the pneumatic components of the equipment and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

Equipment installation requirements

Foundation installation: the equipment shall be installed on the basis of special production, and the foundation shall be constructed according to the installation drawings provided by the equipment manufacturer. The size, depth and reinforcement of the foundation shall meet the design requirements, and the levelness and verticality of the equipment shall be ensured during installation. Component installation: When installing various components of the equipment, the operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the installation instructions. If the die-cutting tool holder is installed, the installation accuracy of the tool holder should be ensured, and the fit clearance between the tool holder and the tool shaft should be uniform, generally not exceeding 0.03mm;; When installing the unwinding device, the tension of the coil should be uniform, and the parallelism error of the unwinding reel should not exceed 0.1 mm.

Connection and fixation: the connection between all parts of the equipment should be firm and reliable, such as bolt connection should be tightened and nut should be equipped with check washer; The pipe connection shall be well sealed without leakage. When fixing equipment, anchor bolts or expansion bolts can be used to fix the equipment on the foundation, and the specifications and quantity of bolts should meet the requirements of equipment installation.

Debugging requirements

Mechanical debugging: firstly, carry out idle running debugging of the equipment, and check whether all parts of the equipment are running flexibly and without abnormal noise. Then carry out low-speed operation debugging, gradually adjust various parameters of the equipment, such as die-cutting pressure, feeding speed, etc., and observe the operation of the equipment to ensure that the equipment can work normally at low speed. Finally, carry out high-speed operation debugging. After the equipment reaches the rated speed, check the stability, accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment. Electrical debugging: after connecting the power supply, check whether the electrical system of the equipment works normally and whether the actions of various electrical components are accurate and reliable. Pneumatic debugging: check whether the pressure of the air supply system is stable and whether the pneumatic components are leaking. Debug pneumatic actuators, such as cylinders and pneumatic chucks, and check whether their actions are flexible and accurate, and whether the stroke of cylinders meets the requirements. Safety debugging requirements

Commissioning of safety protection devices: check whether the safety protection devices such as safety protection doors, light curtains and emergency stop buttons of the equipment are installed in place and their functions are normal. Adjust the sensitivity of the safety protection device to ensure that the equipment can stop immediately when people contact or approach the dangerous area, so as to ensure the personal safety of the operators.

Operation specification training: After the equipment debugging is completed, systematic operation specification training should be given to the operators to familiarize them with the operation specifications and safety precautions of the equipment. The operator shall operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and shall not change the parameters and working state of the equipment without authorization.
