What are the steps to debug a full-automatic high-speed die-cutting machine?
Category:Company NewsTime:2024-12-28

Debugging full-automatic high-speed die-cutting machine can usually be carried out according to the following steps:

preparatory work/be about to work

Familiar with the equipment: read the operation manual and technical data of the equipment carefully to understand the structure, performance, working principle and functions of each operation button and control interface of the equipment.

Check the equipment: check the equipment comprehensively, including whether the mechanical parts are firmly connected, whether the wiring of the electrical system is correct, whether the pneumatic components are normal, and whether there is enough lubricating oil at each lubricating point.

Prepare materials and tools: prepare samples of materials to be die-cut, die-cutting tools, tools, etc., and ensure that the specifications and quality of materials meet the requirements.

Mechanical debugging

Installation of cutting tools and templates: according to the requirements of die-cutting products, select appropriate die-cutting tools and templates, and install them correctly on the tool holder and platen of die-cutting machine. During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure the installation accuracy of the cutter and the template. The cutting edge of the cutter should be sharp and undamaged, and the flatness and fixation firmness of the template should meet the requirements.

Adjust the pressure system: start the equipment to make the die-cutting machine run at a low speed, and gradually adjust the die-cutting pressure. By observing the effect of die cutting, such as the depth of incision, whether there is continuous or excessive cutting, the pressure can be fine-tuned to make the die cutting pressure reach the best state. Generally, the pressure is reduced first, and then gradually increased until the material can be cut cleanly without damaging the template and tool.

Adjust the feeding system: install the material to be die-cut on the discharging shaft and pass through the feeding roller and tension control system. Adjust the pressure and spacing of the feed rollers to ensure that the materials can be transported smoothly and accurately. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the material and the die cutting speed, the parameters of the tension control system are adjusted to ensure that the tension of the material is uniform during transportation, and there is no looseness or tightness.

Adjust the receiving system: install the receiving shaft and adjust the tension and speed of the receiving shaft. So that the take-up shaft can take up the die-cut products in time and smoothly, and avoid the problems of folding, deviation or looseness in the process of taking up the products.

Electrical debugging

Connect the power supply: Connect the equipment to the power supply correctly according to the electrical wiring diagram of the equipment, and ensure good grounding. After connecting the power supply, check whether the power indicator light of the equipment is on, and whether the electrical components have abnormal heating and smoking.

Motor debugging: start the main motor and check whether the motor turns correctly, which can be judged by observing the movement direction of the transmission parts of the equipment. At the same time, use a tachometer to measure whether the speed of the motor reaches the rated speed. If the speed is abnormal, check whether the power supply voltage, frequency and windings of the motor are normal.

Control system debugging: operate the control panel of the equipment, and check whether all control buttons, switches, indicator lights, etc. work normally. Enter the parameter setting interface of the equipment, and set appropriate parameters such as die-cutting speed, feeding length and counting according to the requirements of die-cutting products and the actual situation of the equipment. Carry out the switching test of inching, manual and automatic operation modes of the equipment to ensure the logic of the control system is correct.

Pneumatic debugging

Check the air source: connect the compressed air source and check whether the air source pressure is within the range required by the equipment, generally 0.6MPa-0.8MPa. At the same time, check the dryness and cleanliness of the gas source, and ensure the quality of the gas source through filters and dryers installed on the gas path.

Debugging of pneumatic components: check whether all pneumatic components, such as cylinders, solenoid valves and pneumatic chucks, work normally. By manually operating the solenoid valve, observe whether the action of the cylinder is flexible and accurate and whether the stroke of the cylinder meets the requirements. Adjust the clamping force of the pneumatic chuck so that it can firmly clamp the material, but it will not cause damage to the material.

Debugging of gas path system: Check whether there is any leakage in the gas path system. Soap water or professional leakage detection tools can be used for testing. Adjust the pressure and flow rate of the gas path system, and set the working pressure and flow rate of each pneumatic component reasonably according to the different working requirements of the equipment.

Trial production debugging

Low-speed trial cutting: after completing the above-mentioned debugging, try die cutting at a lower speed first. Observe the operation of the equipment in the die cutting process, including the cutting effect of the tool, the delivery of materials and the receipt of materials. If problems are found, stop the machine in time for adjustment.

Step-by-step speed increase: after the low-speed trial cutting is normal, gradually increase the die-cutting speed, and observe and debug for a period of time after each speed increase until the equipment reaches the rated high-speed operation state. In the process of high-speed operation, it is important to check whether the stability, die-cutting accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment meet the requirements.

Quality inspection: quality inspection of die-cut products, including dimensional accuracy, notch quality, surface flatness and other aspects. According to the test results, the parameters of the equipment are further fine-tuned to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.

Safety debugging

Inspection of safety protection devices: check whether the safety protection devices such as safety protection doors, light curtains and emergency stop buttons of the equipment are installed in place and their functions are normal. When the safety door is opened or the light curtain is blocked, the equipment should stop running immediately; After pressing the emergency stop button, the equipment should quickly cut off the power supply and stop the action of all moving parts.

Formulation of safety operation regulations: According to the characteristics of equipment and the potential safety hazards found during debugging, detailed safety operation regulations are formulated. Conduct safety training for operators to familiarize them with the safety precautions and emergency treatment methods of equipment.
